Dear parents,
Assalam-o-Alakum,
PSM is committed to provide the best opportunities to its students for
learning and grooming.
Discipline is one of the most important source to modify the behavior of
students.
Keeping in view, the
students’ future and to provide them the best learning environment, the
following stringent measures are being adopted:-
i.
Cell phone, jewelry, electronic gadgets and make up is strictly forbidden.
If a student is found having these items, these shall be confiscated
and shall not be returned.
Electronics gadgets and Cell phone shall be returned after paying
a fine of RO 10.000.
ii.
PSM is looking after the hygiene of its students.
Kindly ensure that your son/daughter is wearing neat and clean
uniform, his/her nails are cut properly and the male students are having
proper hair cut.
iii.
Students must arrive in the school before 7:30 am positively and students’
pack up time is 1:55 pm.
Students arriving after 7:30 am shall be considered as late comer.
iv.
Students’ safety is very important for the school. Steel ruler and other
stationery items which may harm students are strictly prohibited to bring in
the school.
Kindly ensure that
your ward while coming to school is not in possession of these items.
v.
In the case of sickness or any other genuine reason for absence of your ward
from the school, kindly submit application for leave otherwise he/she will
be marked as absent.
vi.
Absent students during examination and test days, shall not be awarded any
marks of these tests.
vii.
Student’s admission shall be cancelled if he/she violates the school rules &
regulations (after receiving the final warning letter).
viii.
Student’s name shall be struck off if he/she remained absent for ten
consecutive days.
ix.
Please advise your ward to cross the road carefully and drivers should take
necessary measures of road safety.
x.
Academic Session 2012-13 shall end on 31st
March, 2013.
